Geoff encourages North East businesses to ‘punch above their weight’

Geoff from South Shields travels all over the world delivering his Celebrity Service interactive keynotes and masterclasses sharing his experiences and success stories that encourages businesses to create the gap in their service they never knew existed to outperform the competition.

He was speaking at a Punch Above Your Weight event organised by North Durham firm, Valued Accountancy at The Boiler Shop in Newcastle on Thursday (April 27). The free networking event brings business owners and entrepreneurs together to listen to motivational speakers sharing their experiences and success.

Stephen Paul, Owner and Managing Director of Valued Accountancy, said: “This is our fourth conference event and it just gets more and more popular each time. The response has been great and Geoff is a truly inspirational and motivational speaker. He is a local lad speaking at conferences all over the world punching above his weight and when we set out to organise this event, that is exactly what we wanted to achieve for businesses to come and learn and share their experiences.

“Hopefully everybody who attended could take away some of his tips and examples that he outlined – I know I will be certainly implementing some of them into my business. The event is becoming more and more popular and we’ve been asked to hold one in London, which we are now looking in to.”

Geoff Ramm said: “It’s lovely to be back here in the North East and I’d like to thank Stephen and the team for inviting me to talk at their event. By engaging and interacting with the audience, we had some really innovative ideas from people within the room. It’s amazing what can be achieved just by bringing people together to share ideas and experiences.

“Hopefully I’ve given them something to take away and implement into their own businesses and even the smallest of changes can have a huge impact on improving services for customers. It’s about delivering a service that exceeds their expectations and I always encourage anyone who attends one of my events to try and implement at least two customer touchpoints into their businesses.”

The event proved so popular with delegates who were tweeting using the #valuedevent hashtag, which achieved 250,495 impressions and was even trending throughout the UK during the conference.
